I went to the procedure to get out of black, as a result, the first time I didn't get out in my color and returned home the same as I was, they told me to wait 2 weeks, after 2 weeks I contacted the master and was invited to the salon, they said they would fix everything. As a result, I sat for 5 hours, I didn't get my color, they said I needed to come 3 more times and took extra money, although last time they assured me that the color would be equal in 2 weeks.
