I received a bouquet with delivery and was disappointed.Firstly, the bouquet is small. I had previously purchased a bouquet with a similar number of branches, it looked bulkier. Secondly, when the packaging was removed, there are cut flowers on all the branches. There are 3 flowers on one branch, and one southern branch is completely broken. I am not a florist, but I understand that the quality of the bouquet leaves much to be desired. We made sure that as soon as the photos of the bouquet were taken, a photo report would be provided, which was not done. And according to the manager, I could cancel the order at the time of receipt (before giving it to the holiday). The attitude towards clients is mediocre, and it won't work to prove your case. I want to say thank you to the BonPion store for the excellent service. Very pleasant and courteous staff who really help with the selection, and not just "sell a bouquet". The flowers were picked carefully and tastefully, the bouquet turned out to be beautiful and exactly as desired. It is clear that the staff treats the work responsibly and with attention to detail. We are very disappointed with the bouquet and delivery. We ordered a beautiful expensive bouquet of peony-shaped roses on June 11 for my birthday. We sent a photo of the bouquet before delivery: everything looked good, but, unfortunately, only in the photo. The delivery time was agreed with the courier, but he offered an earlier delivery time, after refusing (they did not have time to pick up the bouquet earlier), he began to be rude. What is this anyway? Who are you hiring? After receiving the bouquet, questions have already arisen: where is that gorgeous big bouquet with the photo? In reality, it is more modest, and the buds are small. But even this is not the end! On June 13, that is, on the third day, a third of the bouquet (2 branches!!!!) she started to wither, the buds didn't even have time to open, but they were already shrunken! How can you not give fresh flowers? It was a very unpleasant experience for both us and the birthday girl.
