I had my trial aerial yoga class and absolutely loved it! The trainer gives attention to every student and is always there to help and guide you. The atmosphere is very comfortable and welcoming. I will definitely come back!

Bodify fitness studio in Dubai. I was at an Aeroyoga class today, and I want to share my impressions. Coach Valentina did a great job! Each lesson has new exercises, and each time it surprises you with the possibilities of using hammocks. I really like the coach always helping us to do these difficult exercises!
