The selection of products is very good.It is located in a fairly convenient location.There is a large parking lot. There are practically no queues at the ticket office on weekdays (2-3 people), and a maximum of 2 ticket offices are open on weekends.There are always discounts and promotions for different product groups.Delivery starts from 150 rubles. for free, but the record for delivery is about a week, a huge disadvantage is the incompetence of the staff.It is very rare to have a person who can help you find what you need in a huge store.Although, it's worth noting, it's gotten a lot better lately.

A large store with a huge assortment. But there are questions about the level of service. Absolutely all the staff is not customer-oriented! Politeness?! No, you haven't. Cashiers, it's good that they don't throw goods at you. Consultants can't be found during the day with fire, and when you find them, you feel like a guilty fool who distracts them from important things. It would not hurt for the management to work with the staff.
