The seller chose the SDEC delivery service himself, he offered it to me, and I did not have the right to choose another transport company. I just indicated the address of the pick-up point, which he himself requested from me. Everything else-the choice of carrier, control, and timing-was entirely his responsibility. But the seller, instead of helping to resolve the issue, chose to humiliate and block the client. I do not deny that I ordered late. But I didn't deserve to be bullied, lied to, or blocked.
