I am a regular customer of the bank. There was a large commission for an incoming transfer — a large amount. The money was written off in the negative. For more than six months now, there has probably been no money-back display on the "Movement" map on the main Up Online screen. I had a separate debit card. We had to close it, it became paid without a package of services, and then the "Everything is Simple" package of services became paid if the criteria for free were not met. There were a lot of complaints from users, so their contact center couldn't handle it. I have a basic account in this bank, it's not convenient for me to switch somewhere else. Of the advantages of money-back, 1 percent is for grocery purchases, cellular communications and utility bills, three percent is for other purchases, and 5 percent is for pharmacies and opticians. Another plus is that the contact center works around the clock under normal conditions. Convenient location of the office in Brest, relatively new building — Lenin 42. I think the bank is promising, but, as far as I'm aware, it's under sanctions. The number of cards is limited to 15. They haven't been able to access biometrics for more than six months. When they do, it's a mystery.
