The staff is absolutely negligent in serving customers! Not only did the operator (a young guy, not even identified) not give any advice on services, everything had to be pulled out and questioned, he constantly talked to other colleagues, and gave them the wrong application form to fill out... There was a gap between the telecom operators all the time. the professionalism is simply of the "highest" level!
