We are standing with my father, assessing the situation. A minute later, a man in branded clothing approaches with an offer to help. His words that "we help everyone who has their hood up" are right in my heart! I brought a tool, and I was on my knees trying to fix the situation with the pads. Thank you, kind man! We got home safely.
