To set up mail on an email client, you need a shaman with a tambourine, and other charms, and even this does not guarantee that everything will work as it should. Support responds slowly and usually does not solve the problem.

We (a small budget organization) have never felt worse cooperation. High tariffs, lack of help and reasonable advice (in most cases, when contacting by phone, it all came down to either "write a request" or "instructions will be sent to you" - in the absence of a specialist in this field, I would like more technical support (although this part comes down to money), adequate explanations on "how to do this," they throw in the instructions and that's the end of the technical support work. When the deadline for the end of the contract comes, we will say goodbye.
