This restaurant/bistro is situated in a breathtaking location right on the Volga River, housed within a magnificent red brick building that also includes a hotel. The setting is truly impressive. Regarding the food, we were very pleased. Both the casual bistro menu and the more formal restaurant on the upper floor offer high-quality, delicious dishes. Unfortunately, there are two significant downsides that spoiled the experience. First, the interior lighting is far too bright and harsh, which takes away from the otherwise beautiful atmosphere. Second, and more importantly, the service is a major issue. The staff, particularly in the bistro area, were incredibly gruff, rude, and arrogant. Management urgently needs to take action here. We have been regular guests, but if the service attitude doesn't improve soon, we will unfortunately have to stop coming. It’s a shame to see such a beautiful spot held back by a lack of hospitality.

Очень достойное место для тех, кому важна атмосфера и подача. Сюда нужно приходить за вкусом, а не сытостью. Ужинали тут 8 марта 2026. Живые цветы на каждом столе, идеальная чистота и сервировка. Заказали лангустины, мидии и на десерт изумительная шишка. Все очень вкусно и красиво. Официант Алексей помогает с любыми вопросами. За высокой кухней точно сюда. Не много подкачал кофе, но на общем фоне не критично.

Сейчас зашла написать отзыва и удивилась рейтингу в 4,8 Попали в ресторан случайно, не планируя, хотели пообедать в другом заведении, но там не было мест. С собакой нас посадили в часть кафе, на первом этаже, но мы не расстроились. меню у них меньше, чему мы порадовались, мук выбора не было 🤣 за то у витрины с десертами, мы потерялись🙈 хотелось все, они у них очень вкусные, не берите, есть вероятность не остановиться. Основное меню не менее вкусное, борщ очень вкусный, подача супа с лапшой очень красивая. Обслуживание, на высшем уровне. Желаю получить 5.0!
