In addition, the descent to the water is quite steep, so, for example, children need constant monitoring. 2. Slow service and problems with receipts. The administrator is working slowly. Fiscal receipts are not issued: if you pay by transfer, you only have an electronic receipt in the Kaspi application, and when paying in cash, the receipt is not provided at all. Also, the stated free admission for the birthday boy is a lie. 3. There is a water slide near the beach, but it does not function and does not even reach the water level. The volleyball net is hanging low, broken, twisted. How, with such an income, can you not buy and install a good grid? On the same Caspi, it costs only 5-8 thousand tenge, but they can't even install it. 4. Cramped gazebos. The claimed gazebo for 8 people turned out to be too small. Eight guests can only sit close to each other, while there is absolutely no room for personal belongings. 5. Inconsistency with advertising. We never saw the squirrel, which is so actively shown on Instagram. We're not coming back here anymore.

My first question was answered in a voice message.: "The birthday party is free. " 2. Then I clarified in the message: "If the birthday is on the 25th, is it possible to celebrate on the 27th?" They answered me in writing.: "Yes. " 3. After that, they told me in a voice message: "I've booked a small gazebo for you," and then they told me what they needed to take with them. After such answers, I reasonably took this as confirmation that the action would be valid for the celebration of the 27th. However, upon arrival, they told me that the voice message did not say the word "yes", so, in their opinion, there was no consent. Moreover, I was informed that they had never had any promotions for birthday parties, which contradicts the correspondence. I also want to note that the beach was covered with large sharp stones, which created inconvenience.
