It seems to be a hotel with a claim to something more, but it doesn't pull it out. The room is clean, the rooms are large and bright, but there is a sewer riser in the middle of the room, and it feels like water is being poured from a bucket right into your ear (and for several hours). We got rather noisy neighbors, who had a stormy relationship and no less violently reconciled. Breakfast is modest, and you can have lunch or dinner in the dining room, which is located in the same building. In general, a contradictory impression remained.

Good afternoon, everyone. I want to write an honest review about the hotel. I booked a single room at the booking office for 18300 tenge for 1 day, including breakfast. I arrived at 1:30 p.m., while I was meeting on business, I forgot to find a hotel, and at the last minute, as usual, I logged into the app and selected this room. One of the advantages: Registration takes 3 minutes. Wi-Fi is even on the street, the password is from 1-8. There is a good halal Tagam fast food canteen nearby 24/7 The hallway is spacious The elevator is nice and comfortable, new. The room is just huge, the bed in it looks very small. The bedside table is only 1 piece. I didn't understand why, but that's fine. There is a chest of drawers. There is a separate place for the women's half (dressing table) with a mirror. Chair. The kettle is electric. Fridge. The bathroom is huge. Bright. Of the cons: The room is 55 m2 large and seems to be empty. Parking is small. There is a hotel along the road. In general, I recommend it to everyone.

I stayed at this hotel in February 2025. Friendly and sociable staff members meet at the reception. They will tell and explain everything. There is a small lounge cafe on the ground floor, but it was not working. The elevator is clean and modern. The room is clean and large, the bed is comfortable. The room has everything for living, toiletries. At the time of the stay, the hotel provided a breakfast service. The breakfasts are good and full. Thanks to the kitchen staff for trying their best. As the girls at the reception and I understand the hostess of the hotel said, they will soon open a lounge area and a full-fledged cafe where you can also have lunch and dinner. The only thing is that they will be ready for good audibility, although as in most hotels. So the guests of Aktobe, I recommend it!!!!
