I rarely leave reviews on establishments, but this place struck me! Firstly, there are enough empty seats on Friday evening, you can sit with the company. The interior is quite cozy, it was comfortable. Secondly, we want to thank the staff, everything was at the highest level. The waiter, Christina, always clarified whether she liked everything, answered questions clearly and in a structured manner (we were wondering how pinsa differs from pizza). Special thanks to her for that. And, of course, the food: we ordered two pints, they are very satisfying, there was even a lot for four people. I liked the quality of the pints: a good dough and a small amount of sauce on it (unlike many fast foods, where the whole pizza is simply smeared with mayonnaise or something similar). One of the pins was "4 cheeses", the other was pepperoni with Door Blue cheese. There was a lot of cheese, we didn't think there could be so much cheese in pepperoni, but we love it, so we liked it. We also ordered nuggets, as we did not expect to get enough of pince-nez. They are good, it feels like meat, not cheap breadcrumbs with butter :). We supplemented it all with pieces of different cakes, tea, and after that we ate out of there. It is difficult to praise one thing, you know - you can safely go here for lunch, just have a snack or for coffee and cakes. Everything is gone, only joyful emotions, and on the birthday there is still a discount of -15%, a pretty nice bonus.
A cozy, atmospheric place. The kitchen was pleasantly surprised, very tasty, appetizing and inexpensive. The child likes croissants stuffed with ham and cheese, pinsa. I really like salads and bruschetta. I definitely recommend it to all my friends, it is located in the center of Minsk,
We came here by chance, our attention was attracted by the beautiful entrance to the institution. We tried barbecue pinsa and it was very tasty, we were satisfied we had not tried pinsa before. We were lucky because a girl was playing the fortopiano here (as we realized later - it was just a girl from the next table) and it added to the atmosphere. After that, we come here all the time, especially we like breakfast and pinsa.
