I have been using car rental services and carsharing services all over the world for many years, but this is the first time I have encountered such scoundrels, bandos and scoundrels as in Matkar Istanbul.. I spent a lot of extra money and nerves to get a car.. The guys don't fulfill the conditions of the pre-booking, they behave badly :) The car was normal (but not the same in terms of characteristics as it was in the armor, this is important, because I went to the mountains), there were no problems during the rental process and when returning the car.
