The hotel is great for sleeping. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day, towels are changed every day. Breakfast is meager, but you can eat enough. The location is also one of the advantages: the sea is 150m away, there is a very good grocery store nearby, a minibus is within walking distance, and a boat station is within walking distance. So if the goals are to get a good night's sleep and get everywhere quickly, then this is your case.

Заселялись в июне 2026 года. Внутри отеля и в номерах очень чисто, это очень нам понравилось, так как до этого жили в другом 4* отеле, где всего этого не было. В номере все аккуратно. Цена очень демократичная. Цена - качество на высшем уровне. Рекомендую к заселению в этот отель.

A good 3* hotel for little money. The location is 5 minutes from the sea, but there is no private beach. Breakfasts: the usual for three-course meals, we could add pastries, some kind of dessert, and scrambled eggs or omelets. The rooms are quite decent. But in general, the hotel looks quiet, not residential, there are almost no people. There is a territory around, but it is somehow neglected and abandoned compared to the neighboring Mendos garden. We didn't swim in the pool, but it's there and it looks decent.
