When the car was serviced for the first time at the service station, I liked everything, the new equipment, the box is light and clean.
But when I applied for the second time after recording the time, I was disappointed. I arrived at the appointed time, but there was no one from the administration, both lifts were occupied, the locksmith said, "when he gets free, he does not know, he needs to change the pads and muffler in the car on the lift, after that he can take care of my car."

I waited for ~ 10 minutes and seeing that the wait could take at least an hour, (the time required to replace the ball is no more than 30 minutes) I left, for which such a record is not clear.
