I'll tell you about my experience, it was negative. I saw the all in kit in insta, liked it very much in the video, ordered a skirt and two T-shirts. Paid on May 9th, shipped on June 3rd. Delivery to Russia, payment for delivery is at my expense. I see that the delivery is 2000 rubles, although the check calculator shows a maximum of 1000 rubles. I wrote to the manager and the price was adjusted. It's a small thing, but it's unpleasant. The order arrived, I came to pick it up, and when I opened the package, I immediately realized that it was not cotton with an admixture of synthetics, but synthetics with an admixture of cotton. The fabric is shiny, tactile and very unpleasant. I immediately write in the receipt that I will not pick it up. You still need to pay for the delivery. OK, I'm writing to deduct it from the order price. Although everywhere these costs are included in the cost of the product. The cost of the order was not small, 12,000 rubles. The manager replies that the money will be refunded when the order is returned to them - ok. I'm waiting for a day, two, three. The order is tracked by the track number and is still on the terminal, no one sends it back! They only sent it when I wrote to the manager. And if the order took 5 days before me, then for some reason it should take 10 days to return. Still on the way. Bottom line: my money has been frozen for a month and a half. Quality is two, service is two, customer orientation is two. I don't recommend it.
