Oh, that's Sharashkin's office. my experience with av site support.The result was not the most pleasant. Specialists Evgeny and Ekaterina not only did not help solve my problems, but also showed some kind of disrespect. Instead of real help, I was faced with rudeness and ignoring my questions. Evgeny came with mistakes and didn't understand at all what I was talking about. This creates a lot of inconvenience for users. Moreover, the manager never got in touch, which only makes the situation worse. I hope that the site management will pay attention to this. And separate greetings to the boorish Ekaterina ;)
