We've been with your family recently — the interior, the play area, the atmosphere — everything is still on top, thank you for that. But the food and service just killed the whole impression this time. The waiters didn't seem to notice the guests: you call them, they don't hear you, the table has been waiting next to them for 20 minutes. The steak is dry, tough, obviously overstocked on the grill. Tom yam — don't get it at all: before it was an explosion of taste, but now it's some kind of watery acidic liquid without a normal flavor. Separately, about a strange guy with glasses who walked around and smiled, staring at my wife. It was really annoying and ruined the mood completely. We used to love your place, but now it's a complete disappointment. The kitchen and service have slid down a lot. It's a pity, it's really a pity.

Terrible food, I don't understand where this rating comes from!? The noodles were brought, so the skin was floating there! It was still an abomination (there were cartilages and other inedible parts (the mantas were all torn, the filling consisted of 90% onions!!! They thought they could cook beshbarmak here, so they translated the tortillas to the point of impossibility!!! And the icing on the cake! We waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for the order!!! Plus, a visit to the children's room is paid separately) 1000 tenge (I can't complain about it, but I was surprised, usually the entertainment at the restaurant is free)

The place is cozy, there is a zone for children (the children are happy, they play all evening). 4.Because the food is delicious (the serving is beautiful), but they brought it cold, very warm, and the chicken with mushrooms, and the baked trout, and the French fries are cold/warm.
