We bought a bed and a mattress on July 27, delivered on September 1, and everything is defective. We have drawn up a replacement certificate. They promised to change the mattress during the week and the bed during the month. The mattress was changed in half with grief, I had to call every day and listen to what is not yet available but was replaced. But the headboard has not been replaced yet, it has been 3 months. In October, the application was allegedly still under consideration. In November, it seems that everything was replaced and the truck is on its way by the end of November, we will replace everything. But on December 1, it turned out that the truck had not even loaded. So they will continue to invent some reasons. I don't think the replacement will come even by the end of December. And they will continue to come up with excuses, probably hoping that the client will forget. I do not recommend buying mattresses or beds there.
