My favorite studio, where I go for group classes I like the bright and stylish rooms, with unpainted and clean equipment. Special thanks for the coaching staff: each lesson was held in a comfortable environment, with clear explanations and performance control. Thank you very much!

Excellent modern space for fitness classes. Bright design, panoramic windows, lots of light. Everything is thought out for your comfort: in the women's toilet.things as needed, also in the locker room and dezik, hair bands, etc. Water is also available for free: with or without lemon. The administrators are always nice, the coaches are great. I've had all the training sessions, everything is great, but aerostrayching is a special love for me.

A place that you want to come back to again and again! Thanks to this place, I fell in love with sports and want to practice it as often as possible. Thanks to coaches Lisa and two Sasha, I switched from communicating with sports to ‘sorry’ to 2 workouts a day, after which I feel great. It is a very cozy and comfortable place, very sensitive and responsive coaches and pleasant administrators. I highly recommend visiting on an ongoing basis.
