Swimming is comfortable. The sea is nearby. The standard rooms mostly have balconies and sea views. Economy - view of the courtyard. The food is no frills, but everything is always fresh. The chefs are great! Tea and coffee are only available for breakfast. Lunch and dinner - soft drinks. There are no kettles in the rooms, a kettle and an iron are on the floor. There is no coffee, tea, or water (drinkable) in the room. You can either buy it or take it with you. Someone arrived with a thermos and poured himself boiling water from the kettle in the morning so as not to run. Cleaning, every day. If you need to change towels or bed linen, you can ask and they will change. The staff is helpful. There are hair dryers in the rooms, shampoos, soap are available. There is a bar at the reception (for a fee) , Bathrobes, beach towels (for a fee), or bring them with you. It is not allowed to take towels from the room to the pool or to the beach. The hotel is located in Bombora village. There is a cafe nearby in summer and there is a shop nearby. It's not the season yet and everything is closed. We went on excursions. Ребят,кто планирует свой отдых в данном отеле,можно смело ехать 👍возвращаемся уже второй год в Апсны,за такие деньги -это рай 😁 Кормят как дома,без лишних изысков,но все очень вкусно ,уборка в этом году очень порадовала ,постель,полотенца меняют 👍 Бассик на максималках теплый 👍 Море чистое,даже прозрачное ,но в мае оч холодное . В общем без претензий 👍👍👍

Before I left, I read in the reviews that the pillows have a lump filler, and that's how it turned out, one pillow was normal and the other was bad. I asked the maid to replace it, no problem, she brought us another good pillow. We went on 2 excursions, one from the biblioglobus tour operator to Sukhum, the other from the travel agency, located immediately at the exit from the hotel to New Athos, we also reached the market in Gudauta by bus, there is a schedule at the reception desk. The receptionists are friendly. We are happy with our vacation, we will be happy to come back someday).
