I was told that they had been taking me in at the clinic since I was 3 years old, after filling out the paperwork, we went into the office and the doctor talked a little with the child, examined the oral cavity, said that she did not treat such small ones and that she was not a child's dentist at all, but an adult dentist, I asked, then why do you position yourself as a child's dentist in advertising? No, actually, I can treat children, but not such small ones, and I advised you to see another doctor.At the reception, they charged me 500 rubles for a consultation, but there was no consultation, help, or proper examination, and I strongly advise against this dentistry, since I can have a heart-to-heart conversation for 500 rubles!!! My only question to the clinic is why do you enroll children to the doctor from the age of 3 if you don't treat them and don't know how??? An extra 500 rubles to the cashier? That's one explanation.

After removing the waste material with her bare hands!!!, she took a new bag for the tray, but since it did not open, she spat on her fingers and thus helped herself to open it, then she cleaned the dentist's work table without gloves, took out a sterile bag from the sterilizer and put it on the same table. Unable to stand it, I made a remark to her about why she was working without gloves, to which she replied with an indignant look that the instrument in the package was sterile, and the doctor, in turn, either pretended not to hear or did not want to react in any way. A question for the administration!!! HOW IS THIS EVEN POSSIBLE????? This is outrageous, your employee is working without gloves with a sterile instrument, which is a direct threat to the health of your patients! People trust you with their health, and the negligence and incompetence of your employees is a violation of all sanitary standards and hygiene, especially since you have a paid clinic, people come to you hoping for seriousness and high-quality service! I won't advise anyone and I won't come myself anymore, now I'll worry about my health after such a visit.
