We had an urgent move, it was necessary to buy a bed with a mattress, we came to the store, looked, chose the bed, mattress ourselves, went to the checkout to make an order, they found out that the colors of the bed (which is just the same in the store and we wanted it initially) are not there, we were given a choice three colors, we chose one of them, signed a contract, we were told that the bed and mattress would be available in 15 working days, it suited us, just in time for the move. We left satisfied.
Also, a little later, we ordered a closet, with the same nonsense coloring, we chose from what was there, the closet was available and literally a couple of days later it was already with us. We lifted and assembled the cabinet ourselves, after unpacking it turned out that there was a chip on one of the mirror doors, which was most likely made before packaging, because there were no glasses in the foam. Unfortunately, it was no longer possible to prove this fact, because the cabinet was unpacked a few days after delivery, all the documents had already been signed and we just accepted it.
Let's go back to the bed, we waited for her for a total of 25!!!!! WORKING DAYS
They can't say anything on the phone, they came to the store and didn't say anything specific there either, they dialed on Friday evening (25 business day) and said that within 2 days we should come and deposit the rest and we can take the bed. When asked what would happen if she could not arrive within 2 days, the girl grinned and said to read in the contract. In general, we went on Sunday evening, paid the balance, ordered delivery and only on the 28th working day we had a bed.
We have been waiting for her for almost 1.5 months 🥴
And the contract also stipulates that they can unilaterally extend the period of furniture manufacture by notifying the buyer about it in an SMS. 🤦
In general, just don't get involved!! It's not worth it 😬
The staff is trying to deceive customers
We wanted to buy chairs (15.05), called the store, said there were showcase samples available, we agreed, made a reservation. Upon arrival at the store, it was these chairs that increased in price by 2 times, the price tag was new. On the website, these models cost 160, on the stock 120, and after my booking, the price jumped to 200p.
The staff, when asked why, said that the action was allegedly over, although other models in other colors cost 160.
Also, the display samples were defective, but I was not offered any other prices. The seller fussed, didn't explain anything and said, "then won't you pick it up?"
The same chairs were eventually taken from another store for 120 rubles, please pay attention to the conscientiousness of your employees.
