My husband and I ordered a door to alfadors. We arrived at the office, signed a contract, told us what we needed with the installation, clarified all the options that we needed. We paid the cost of the door. They told us to pay for the installation to the master on the spot, they announced the cost for the installation of 130 rubles, Taking into account the options we need.. at 22.07.24, the installer arrived and, when unpacking the door, found that the door was curved, the installation was canceled. They called Eugene, the door was taken away. The installation is postponed for another week, we needed the installation very urgently. Okay, we are waiting for the second door, the installation is on 29.07. The installer arrives, opens the door - it is scratched and the edge is all terribly curved. It's terribly unpleasant, the deadlines are burning. It's canceled, I have people checking in two days later. Evgenia, I ask you to urgently solve the problem and finally bring a normal door for the third time, find an installer. And here's day X, the door is normal. But by accident, the installation turns from 130 to 180!!!! Rubles'. Of course I refuse! As a result, two days before check-in, I stay on the THIRD attempt with a normal door, but without installation. I think that the announced cost, taking into account all the purchased options, cannot grow by 50 rubles. As a result, I have lost two weeks of time, broken nerves and deadlines. I do not advise anyone to contact this office!
