The best coffee shop in town! I always go there for delicious coffee) The interior is pleasant, the location of the establishment is convenient. The staff is polite, they will always tell you what to try, they will take into account your personal preferences. ОДИН СПЛОШНОЙ МИНУС!!! Кафе полностью на два зала пустое!!!!!! Сделав и оплатив заказ, мы просили столик с тремя местами, на что последовал недовольный вид девушки на кассе и ответ:" Столика на три места нет в общем зале, есть в другом." Второй зал мрачный и там плохо пахло, мы отказались. Столик с тремя местами возле окна тоже постоянно разервирован. Через тернии, нам разрешили присесть, но ......через три секунды вбегает "мужик" - не русский, не высокий, с хамоватым взглядом и начинает с порога: здесь нельзя сидеть, здесь забронировано. Мы конечно испугались, особенно ребёнок. Мы сказали, чтобы нам отменили заказ. Это сделали за три секунды! Попросив Книгу жалоб и предложения последовал ответ: "Книга находится на Мазурова." Я спросила адрес: мы скажем потом. Потом никто не сказал! Потом было только хамство!!!! Итог: хамское обслуживание, не клиенториентированность! НЕ СОВЕТУЮ ОДНОЗНАЧНО!! ИСПОРЧЕННОЕ НАСТРОЕНИЕ!

The place itself is beautiful and clean, so I don't give one star. But I have a very mixed impression about drinks. The guy took a latte with strawberries and chocolate-the syrup tastes good, everything is fine. I ordered a latte with halva, but in fact I just got a sweet latte, without the taste of halva at all. There was a feeling that the syrup was either forgotten to be added, or it was there minimally, for the stated price, of course I would like to feel the promised taste, and not a latte with sugar, but alas and ah) As a result, the drink ruined the overall impression and mood.
