In my case, they took the money for the alleged smell of cigarettes that they felt in the car smoking, Although no one had ever smoked in the car, they gave me a car with a burnt seat that was all dented and then they tried to find some options to take the money from me.And so they did!!!

I booked it two weeks in advance. I chose Solaris in 2018, they did not take any prepayment. I thought there would be no armor at all. When I came directly to their office in Armenia, I was told that Solaris was not available, but for the same money, we give you another one to replace it.
