The cafe is located in the same building as the hotel and the banquet hall. I had a room with breakfast. The food was disgusting and poor relative to other hotels in the city: one day they gave semolina with lumps floating in milk, clearly left over from previous days, they had to ask for tea several times, as they brought an empty cup and left. For breakfast, they mainly gave fried eggs with sausage or old porridge, tea and coffee, cookies for tea. In the evening I wanted to order a shawarma, but there were no ingredients. They ask for 10% of the bill for the service, but there is no desire to pay for it. On Sunday night there was some kind of banquet with a toastmaster and loud music, the room was above this hall, we had to call the police, as the girl at the reception could not influence them. The cafe owner was arguing with the police and didn't even know about the silence law. I strongly advise against cafes and hotels.
