I boarded the Aeroexpress at Paveletsky Station to Domodedevo. The attendant there told me I could pay with my Troika card. The same thing was said online. So I didn't bother buying a separate ticket, because I already had 650 rubles in my Troika. But I couldn't pay with my Troika when I arrive at Domodedevo Airport. And I was stuck between the trains and the barriers. What was more terrible that I had no rubles left and because of the sanctions I could not use my credit cart. When I asked the Aeroexpress attendant at the airport for help, he did nothing but shout in Russian, "I don't work for the Troika!" Fortunately, someone else, extremely kind and hospitable, helped me buy a ticket. Or rather, he generously gave me a ticket as a gift. I was deeply embarrassed. Next time, I'll take either the bus or the suburban train. Aeroexpress is unquestionably a comfortable option to reach the city centre from the airport and vice versa, but if you are not in a rush, there's no need to pay that much, and also there's no need to stress over your payment method.

Аэроэкспресс из Домодедово и вообще из всех аэропортов Москвы вещь суперская, я бы даже сказал MEGA удобная вещь! Стоит сравнительно недорого, вагоны новые и в них просто приятно ехать. Отличное решение проблемы с пробками, также как очень неплохая экономия на такси. Спасибо!

Много плохих отзывов от 2024 года. Была в январе и феврале этого года (2026), все хорошо. Может потому, что билеты брала на s7 как доп услугу к перелету и оставалось только этот самый аэроэкспресс найти. Его действительно первый раз найти самой очень сложно, но много сотрудников в кассах и на пути к нему стояло, которые подсказывали куда идти. Сам аэроэкспресс мне очень понравился как транспорт и теперь собираюсь от аэропортов только на нем добираться, потому что такси как по мне - большая переплата. А в поездах комфортная температура, туалеты и место для сумок и тебя, как человека (сидячее, что в там же автобусе будет не всегда)
