Raphael met us. We arrived ahead of time, but they were already waiting for us. At the border, he told me how to pass through customs control, and on the way he talked about the sights. There were 5 of us, 3 of them children. The minivan car is clean and comfortable. Later, we decided to go on an excursion and also opted for an Abhaz transfer, rather than from the hotel, and were delighted. We've been everywhere, taken pictures, and even given us a discount.
