This is the first time I am writing a review about a place of residence. I can only say that this guest house has a future! And they are on the right track! But in order.... About the guest house. We were greeted by very good-natured hosts Fatima and Hassan. Special thanks to them. They put us in an apartment. The rooms are clean and well maintained. With everything necessary for a comfortable stay: hair dryer, iron and ironing board, air conditioning in all rooms, TV- wi-fi- Alice, a good mattress and pillows (this is not a little important for me), slippers. There is a separate large kitchen where you can brighten up the evening. The kitchen also has all the necessary accessories. All kitchen utensils, refrigerator, washing machine, TV, especially pleased with the large fireplace-barbecue, in which real firewood was always burning. We were staying from January 1-4, so the big Christmas tree in the kitchen and the awesome photo zone created a New Year's atmosphere. The Abaza guest house is kind of homey. I didn't want to leave. As a result, it is the best place in Sukhum. I recommend it to everyone! For the New Year's gift in the form of fruits and champagne in the room, special thanks and a low bow.

We had a summer vacation in June 2025 in a guest house. Very friendly hosts! We are grateful to Fatima for her time and answers to all our questions when choosing a place. The rooms are clean, the renovation is fresh, the bed linen and towels are all new, it's clear that guests are welcome here! A very cozy courtyard, it was an important aspect for us, as we were relaxing with the children and we wanted to be outdoors instead of sitting in the room after the sea. The beach is not far away, shops are also within walking distance. Thank you for your hospitality. We will definitely come again!

I would like to thank the hosts Hassan and Fatima for the incredible hospitality and comfort they have created in their guest house. The cozy rooms, cleanliness, warmth and attention to detail – all this helped us feel at home. The location of the house is also great: close to nature, but all the necessary shops and attractions are within walking distance. Hassan and Fatima are always ready to help with any questions, give advice on excursions or just chat, which also adds a special charm to this place. Thank you very much for the atmosphere of comfort and care that you create for your guests! We will definitely come back and recommend your guest house to all our friends, family and loved ones!
