July 2
In early June, we came to the office to close the esim. We put the contract on the counter. The consultant said that the SIM card itself would be blocked in three days, they say, the money would run out and the account would be closed. We left, trusting in the words. On June 22, SMS messages began to arrive about debt with a claim, which, by the way, is already affecting the credit history. Today, on July 2, we came to find out the reason why the account was not closed and arrears were incurred. We approached the counter, which we approached for the first time. The head of the office was sitting behind it today. He asked: "Who told you that the account closes in three days?" We pointed to the consultant who was at the next counter. They asked us to remember exactly what day we came to find out more specifically who was working that day (don't blame someone verbally, that's right). At first they couldn't remember the day, so they simply closed the account, which, in addition to the debt incurred, also obliged them to pay for the early termination of the contract: as it turned out, the esim was not temporary, which, based on the explanations, just closes itself. That is, we were misinformed on our first trip without even looking at the contract, and we also paid for it. I couldn't get the situation out of my head. After returning home, we began to find out from correspondence and letters in the mail on what day we went to the A1 office for the first time. That day, on the way, we also stopped at the SDEC, which is located across the street from the office. Of the dates, the period from June 8 to June 12 was suitable, but according to the events in those days, June 8 from 14:30 to 15:30 was most suitable, taking into account the time of the hike to the SDEC. With this information, we returned to the office. It turned out that the same consultant, supervisor, and someone else were working that day. The consultant still claimed that he couldn't have said that. "And the supervisor certainly couldn't." (c) The first time we were consulted was definitely not the supervisor, and it wasn't the third time, which, as the supervisor pointed out, we would definitely remember. Obviously, we would not have access to the camera recordings, and the consultant said that this could not be done, and if it were possible, "it would be a long time." Records are usually kept for at least a month, but 30 days have not passed yet and there are specific dates with time. You can just scroll through the timeline in that interval, and even if it turns out not to be June 8th, which is unlikely, you can check the rest of the days between 12 and 17 o'clock. Half an hour or an hour of time to find out everything and not lose trust among long-time users of the operator is definitely not a long time. In general, they are upset. Most of all, it's a shame that the truth was never heard out loud, although everything seemed obvious, it's just that someone doesn't want to take responsibility. I want some kind of justice and honesty. After all, we are not billionaires to pay for other people's mistakes.

The imposition of a router installment plan, and then the inability to stop using the service. He lived in a dormitory where A1 provided mobile and home Internet services in one package. After moving to an apartment where A1 does not provide services, I applied here to stop using their services. I was told that either use it (I couldn't, because the room where the Internet was connected was no longer mine, I lost access to it), or pay huge fines. There was no question of any termination of the contract, pre-examination of conditions, or return of equipment. I would like to say that A1 provides pretty good services, but there is no work with clients in this branch.
