It is impossible to agree with people to do their job, you need to wait several hours for a response, realizing no (I'm not even talking about customer orientation). I needed to send a birthday present to a friend, I don't live in the LPR myself. I explained the situation that I needed to order a gift on Valberis and asked how to do it. In response, neither hello nor bye, after a couple of hours they threw some kind of file and a link to OZONE, I asked if it was possible to order through valberis, I don't use ozone, and from that moment on, I still haven't received an answer. Of all these deliveries that are available in the LPR, I have always used PECHKIN and I have never had such problems, yes, I need to pay a little, literally 50 rubles, but the service has a bot that, in addition to an instant response, sends all the necessary information and accepts orders. And here they probably think that since the delivery is free, then you don't have to work at all :)
