I bought a laptop on credit 2 months ago. It turned out to be a low-quality product, I handed it over 2 times to the service center. I wrote an application for a refund. They don't want to return the money and they don't want to exchange it for another product either. It's just awful!!!! The staff of the service center were arrogant, disrespectful, there was no apology from the word at all!!!! This is the first time I've encountered such a situation since I fell into a financial trap. I no longer have confidence in the 5 element store!!!!

We bought a kiwi TV with plus protection in this store, brought it home, turned it on, only YouTube works, and sometimes it's not always okay, sometimes the image is in pixels, the netflix application that was in the factory firmware shows pixels, KinoPoisk and the hall as well. They handed it over to the service , and in conclusion they wrote that the service is not responsible for the operation of third - party applications . And according to the protection program, no one wanted to remant it to me for 200 rubles. They were given away for this protection just like that ..... I advise no one to buy anything here at all, much less take protection, etc. Pay the money, and there will be no repairs.I am attaching a photo of how the TV viewer works. It's better to buy equipment from a less hyped store that values its reputation.
