We bought a Kitfort-4680 waffle iron in the fifth element on 12/20/2025 for 70p. We've been wanting to buy a waffle iron for a long time, we spent a whole week choosing and watching various videos on the Internet, and yet we settled on this waffle iron and this company.I liked the look, black as I like it.We have already tested it in our work, we took the recipe from the book that came with it.The waffles turned out the first time, we didn't even expect it ourselves.I recommend this particular waffle iron for purchase.

I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this time I'll have to. The work of salesmen and consultants leaves much to be desired. Employees are misleading. Which is why you have to waste time. When I arrived on Monday to make a cashless purchase, I was told that the entire base of the "5 element" was gone (of course, this is not the fault of the sellers). The product that I wanted to purchase (it was my fault, I looked at the website incorrectly) was not there and I was told to arrange delivery to the store through the website and when the goods would have to come and arrange it. I've clarified five times that I need a cashless payment. When I arrived today, the administrator told me that from March 1 it is no longer possible to make a cashless payment in the store, only through the website. And why no one told me about it, she doesn't know. I've lost a lot of time on these trips. There would have been no questions if I had been informed immediately about the store's new behavior.

The incompetence of the staff is simply off the charts. First of all, to buy something, you have to look for a long time for someone who will bring you this product. The employees of the home appliance department are huddled somewhere, seeing that their eyes are looking for them, they go somewhere far away. They can't really advise you because they don't have information about the product being sold. On September 12, before the store closed, we bought a vacuum cleaner. Unfortunately, it was already 10 minutes before the store closed when we decided on the choice - Tefal. The consultant brought a box from the warehouse, and a vacuum cleaner from the showcase, and began to fill out the documents. At that time, I was reading the instructions and checking the configuration. The instructions are common for different models of vacuum cleaners, the number of brushes for this model of vacuum cleaner is not listed. There were two brushes in the box, one for the floor and one for the furniture. When I pointed out that there should also be a slot nozzle (which, by the way, is depicted on the box from the vacuum cleaner), I was persistently and persistently assured that this model does not have it, and the picture on the box is a common image for all models of vacuum cleaners. There was no time to continue the argument and figure out who was right. Since the vacuum cleaner was urgently needed, and the next morning we took it to the village, we had to buy it as it was. Already at home, I opened the store's website and made sure that the slot nozzle is included with this model of vacuum cleaner. In general, the seller could easily check it just by looking at the computer, but he was just too lazy to do it, because he was in a hurry to go home as soon as possible, and then, you see, we're bothering him with our vacuum cleaner, delaying him...
