Unfortunate As a tradesman, I bought a 2024 Renault Clio brand car model through the 2Plan tender on 12.02.2026 by trusting the “error-free” expert report and a corporate company. I did not feel the need to make a paint check because I trusted 2PLAN's expertise report and “error-free” information during delivery. 1 month later, when I took the vehicle to the expert examination to sell it, it turned out that there was paint on two parts of the vehicle, when I shared the situation with 2Plan, it was fudged by saying “overlooked”. And our victimization was not tried to be eliminated in any way, now we had to resort to the legal process. It is extremely disappointing due to 2PLAN's attitude in this process, misleading and incorrect expertise information and approach to customer satisfaction, which does not suit a corporate identity holder and destroys trust. I will never shop again

Without driving 500 km, the car decreased about 4 liters of oil more. The oil was decreasing while the vehicle was running. I took 5 liters of fat and added it 3 times in 2 months. In the end, I took the car to the service and 56 thousand pounds of expenses came out. They filled the car with oil for me, sold it full, and hid the shame of the car with height. If I had been told, your car is losing 4 liters of oil at 500 km, I definitely wouldn't have bought the car.
