A great shop with a nice variety of clothes. However, the staff was so rude today and disrespectful towards the client it’s ridiculous!!! Especially Marina and a blonde girl (forgot the name) at the till/cash desk. They don’t speak English at all, and they were making fun of the clients this is insane!! Very disappointed will never comeback to this particular shop because of the staff!!

Excellent Massimo Dutti clothes, quality, styles - perfect. but!!! The girls who work at the Dana Mall store are extremely unfriendly and not friendly with customers. They don't sell, they don't serve, they don't help. They huddle around the fitting rooms. I wanted to see my husband's fitting with clothes for myself, but they didn't offer me help to take my selection to the checkout or put it on a chair next to me, but told me to do it myself, because otherwise "they (the clothes) would be taken out of here anyway, we don't have much space," while there were 2-3 store employees in the hall.. And, I note that it would be difficult for one man to make a purchase with such a service. The impression of such a wonderful place was greatly spoiled by the unprofessional behavior of the staff. Teach them to communicate, be tactful and friendly. Purchases were made today on 08/16/2026.

The only place where you can buy the latest collections of the Spanish brand . I really like that there are a lot of products made from natural materials. The quality is excellent , the model range is not rich, but the basic kits can be assembled. I would like to see more shoes , and the size range . The store itself is beautiful , the display cases are on trend , and the decoration is stylish . It 's nice that jewelry is also being imported . The brand pays a lot of attention to costume jewelry , unusual sets , especially bracelets .
