I ordered a car battery. I asked to make a delivery in the evening before 7.30 pm, but I remembered that I already had other things planned for that time. I asked to reschedule for tomorrow, they said "okay" and agreed on the time from 10 to 12! I sit and wait, no one gets in touch on 11.11, I called myself, it turns out that they don't have such an order. And at best he will be brought by 13.00, but I have other things to do. I asked for a maximum of 12.30, they said it was good. As a result, an SMS is sent to the tracking system, where information about the order is viewed, and delivery is indicated from 11.25 to 13.00. The manager did not answer my questions about why. I understand that due to the fact that this is a big company, they don't care how or what happens, they work on the principle of "they'll buy anyway!". It's terrible and just very unpleasant.
