Anything happens, and I reacted absolutely normally to the postponement of delivery from Thursday to Tuesday due to the driver's illness. But nothing was delivered on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. They don't answer the phone. The "call back" request on the website was not answered. Now the expected delivery next Monday is reflected (a total of 1.5 weeks delay). Moreover, I have to wait for the courier for days so that he doesn't say again that he rang the doorbell, but there was no one there (ps mystique, because all other couriers delivered everything without problems that day, and the post office has the recipient's mobile phone for communication).

Now the children are about 15 years old and they are constantly sick and have speech problems. Even if you write a complaint, it's not clear who the boss is now. Previously, it was possible not to stand in line for 30 minutes to receive a paid parcel. They don't send parcels without waiting in line right now...
