The restaurant has amazing view, beautiful atmosphere, staff at the reception and the guy who’s collecting our Jacket have bad attitude, they were not welcoming and no smile at all. A big Thank you for the waitress “ Nadia” she has very good attitude and very polite and friendly person. The food was good and delicious.

Worst restaurant i have ever been in all my life and travel. Every thing is worse. Food 0/10 came every late after 2 hours of order. Cold and not eatable. I have forced to pay for food that I didn’t even order. If you order the most basic thing Tea , it will take one hour !!! Waiter are the worse in my life. ازبل مطعم اكلت فيه في تاريخ حياتي كلها ، راح تضيع وتنسرق فلوسك على القاضي . دفعت ١١ الف روبل على اكل ما طلبته بس غصب يقولك انت طلبته.

One star down because the waiter was pushing for the expensive dishes and she told me some dishes are not available when i asked her to bring the manager she told me he doesn’t speak english, I told her ok just bring him. She left and came back and told me she asked the chef and dishes are available!! That a bad customer service..
