Reviews
Reviews are ratings and comments that users leave about games. If you respond to reviews and stay in touch with players, your games become more popular and rank higher in the Yandex Games catalog.
Player rating
You can view public reviews of a game:
- Go to the Yandex Games catalog.
- Open the game you need.
- In the upper-right corner, click .
- Select Rate the game.
- Open the Developer Console.
- Select the game you need.
- Go to the Reviews tab.
When a game has more than 10 reviews, a Player rating will be generated based on them.
Note
Using the SDK, you can prompt users to leave a rating and review during gameplay.
Publication timeline
All reviews go through moderation on a separate Reviews service and are checked in queue order, so publication takes time.
Reviews appear:

For new games: 1−1.5 months after publication. This time is needed to register the game in the review system.

For old games: after moderation, which takes about a week.
Responding to reviews
Warning
Only the game owner and developers with the role Admin or Support can respond to reviews.
To leave an official response to a player's review:

Log in to the Console with a developer account.

In the upper-left corner of the Console, click Applications.

Find the game you need in the list and click on it.

Go to the Reviews tab.

Next to the review, click Reply.
Warning
Responses must comply with the review publication rules.
Responses to reviews appear in the game's information card and in the Console a few days after moderation.
FAQ
How do I delete a negative review of a game?
A review can only be deleted if it violates the review publication rules. To submit a request to delete a review, fill out a special form in the service Help.
Can I moderate reviews myself?
No.
The Reviews service has separate moderation that removes invalid, fraudulent, and reviews that violate the rules.
Can international players leave reviews?
Yes.
Reviews and responses to them can be left in Russian and English.
Can I include a link to the game's Telegram channel in a review response?
In review responses, you can include official contact information, such as an email address or a link to the game's Telegram channel. However, it is prohibited to provide internal Telegram account links in the format @login. For more information, see the Service Help.
