Purchase metrics

Warning

Data access is available only to the game owner and developers with the View income role.

Using purchase metrics, you can see how and what the game earns from:

  • How many players pay once and how many return.
  • How revenue is distributed across spending levels.
  • Which in-app purchases form the main part of the income.

To view detailed purchase statistics, go to the Purchase metrics tab in the Yandex Games Console. It provides:

Working with metrics

  • Metrics have tooltips with additional information.
  • To download a report, click Download report in the upper right corner of the widget.
  • Filters are available for many widgets.

You can apply a purchase filter from the Purchased items widget. To do this, click Open product metrics to the right of the purchase ID.

For each product, the following are indicated separated by a dash:

Metric values are shown for the selected period, taking into account filters.

Revenue

Total revenue from in-game purchases in rubles.

Average in-app revenue per paying user (ARPPU)

Average revenue per paying user. Calculated as profit divided by the number of unique paying users.

Paying players

Number of unique paying users.

Payment amounts

Distribution of paying users by payment amount and number of payments.

Purchased items

Statistics on purchased items:

  • Product name
  • Number of purchases
  • Number of buyers
  • Income
  • Number of refunds

Top 10 items by turnover

Distribution dynamics of portal currency among the 10 most popular items.

Top 10 items by number of purchases

Distribution of the number of transactions among the 10 best-selling items.

Distribution by platforms

Daily distribution of portal currency among desktop and mobile users.

Distribution by country

Daily distribution of portal currency by country where purchases are made.

Distribution by device

Distribution dynamics of portal currency in terms of mobile devices.

Distribution by browsers

Distribution dynamics of portal currency in terms of browsers.

Report

To view the report on daily metrics, go to the Report tab and select the desired time period.

The table will display the following data:

  • Date.
  • Income.
  • Refunds.
  • Income — the final amount in rubles after taxes. Calculated as the difference between income and refunds.
  • Cost, specified in portal currency.
  • Amount — the number of purchases made during the day.

Transactions

To view information about each payment, go to the Transactions tab and set up filters:

  • For data on a specific item, use the Inaps filter.
  • For data on a specific transaction, enter a specific purchaseToken in the Token field and click Apply.

The table will display the following data:

  • Date.
  • ID, set when adding a purchase in the console.
  • purchaseToken — a token returned by the payments.purchase() and payments.getPurchases() methods.
  • YAN — the cost of the purchase in portal currency.
  • Income — the reward for the completed purchase in rubles after taxes.
  • Payment FeesPayment System Fees.
  • Country.
  • OS.
  • Device — brand of the mobile device if the purchase was made from the app.
  • Browser — desktop or mobile versions of browsers if the purchase was made from them.

The portion of the payment withheld by banks and payment operators when transferring funds for a purchase. The fee amount may vary depending on the payment method and the player's country.
