Requirements
All events go through moderation: moderators check promos for compliance with Game requirements and verify that the stated event is actually in the game. Review results will be sent to the email address in the Account section — make sure it's up to date.
General requirements
A few rules — and your promo will pass moderation on the first try and launch on time.
Before the launch
- Follow the law. Event information must not contain any illegal content. For more information about prohibited materials, see item 3.4 of the Game requirements.
- Game first, then the promo. Submit events for moderation only if your game is already published in the catalog. Promos for unpublished games will not appear in the Discounts and promos section.
- Develop the build in advance. Plan the development of skins, locations, and decorative items factoring in moderation time, otherwise you may not be able to launch the promo on time.
When creating a promo
- One time frame — one event. Do not create two or more promos with overlapping time frames in the same game at the same time.
- Don't edit past promos. Each new event must be a separate promo, not a modification of one already run. Editing or deleting the archive of past events will cause future promos to fail moderation.
For long-term effect
- Alternate different promos. Run discounts, in-game bonuses, and themed events to keep players coming back more often. But don't overdo the frequency — promos that run too regularly lose the feeling of a unique event.
Design requirements
When creating a promo, follow the guidelines for the event name, description, and cover.
Title
The name should reflect the essence of the event and be unique to your game — without generic phrases or calls to action.

Cover
The cover draws attention to the event in the Discounts and promos section.
- Visualize the essence of the promo: the image must be unique and reflect this specific event in the game.
- Don't reuse the same cover: each themed event needs its own image.
- Text on the cover must be readable: don't use small fonts and don't overload the image with text.
Banner format — PNG; size — 928 × 540 pixels.
