Activation

Add a promo to your game and activate it on the Promos tab in the Yandex Games Console.

All promos undergo moderation. To pass, follow our recommendations.

Enabling a promo in the Console

1. Go to the Promos tab and click Create a promo.

2. Fill in the fields:

   Field	Description	Required
   Title	Promotion name. Maximum length: 46 characters (including punctuation marks). For name requirements, see Name.
   Description	Event description. Maximum length: 250 characters (including punctuation marks). For description requirements, see Description.
   Cover	Event banner. Size: 928 × 540 pixels. Format: PNG. For cover design requirements, see Cover.
   Promo start	Specify the date and time when the promo starts. The system accounts for the user's time zone.
   Promo end	Specify the date and time when the promo ends. The system accounts for the user's time zone.
   Activated	The option will be enabled if the promo passes moderation.

3. Click Submit for moderation. The promo will be uploaded to the Yandex server.

   Moderators will check your promo for compliance with the requirements, which usually takes 3−5 business days.

   You will see the check results in the Console:

   • If moderation approves the promo, the Activated option will be enabled. Within some time, the promo will become available to users in the Discounts and promotions section of the Yandex Games catalog.
   • Otherwise, the Activated option will remain disabled. A notification with a detailed description of the rejection reasons will be sent to the email associated with Yandex ID. The promo will not be available in the Discounts and promotions section of the Yandex Games catalog.

4. After the promo ends, add the game with the disabled promo to the Console and submit it for moderation.
