Referral program setup

With the referral program, you can earn money by attracting new players to the game.

Step 1. Sign up

1. Familiarize yourself with the requirements for traffic sources: platforms and placement methods.

2. Log in to Yandex. Use any account that is convenient for you.

3. Create a Yandex Distribution account:

   1. Enter your email and click Next.
   2. Name of the place: Enter the name of the developer under which you are publishing games.
   3. Link to the place: Enter the URL of one of your games on Yandex Games or the link to your Yandex Games developer page.
   4. Type of place: Select Other.
   5. Audience of the place per month: Select the average number of players in your games.
   6. Click Done.

Step 2. Pass moderation

Moderation takes from 2 to 14 working days.

Check the Dashboard page in Yandex Distribution regularly. If your games pass moderation, you'll see a form for concluding a contract there.

Step 3. Send a request for a contract

1. Open the Yandex Distribution interface.
2. On the Dashboard page, click Fill out the form.
3. Specify the type of cooperation: individual entrepreneur or legal entity.
4. Choose the country of registration.
5. Enter your details.
6. Provide your personal information if you are signing the agreement as an individual entrepreneur, or company details if you are signing as a legal entity.
7. Enter payment details: the bank's BIC and the account number where you want to receive referral revenue. If you are an individual entrepreneur and only know the number of your bank card, you can find out the account number by going to your personal account on the bank's website or by visiting the bank's office. Payments can only be made to a current account that's opened in a Russian bank in the contractor's name.
8. The offer is generated automatically. Download and read it.
9. Click Send request. By clicking the button, you agree to the contract terms in their entirety. You don't need to sign it by hand.

It usually takes from 2 to 14 working days to process the request. When the contract has been concluded, you'll receive a referral link in your Yandex Distribution personal account.

Step 4. Connect the referral link

After you sign the contract with Yandex Games, you'll see your Yandex Games referral link under Products → Builds. You'll receive a notification about it by email.

To get a referral link:

1. Follow the link in the notification. That opens your personal account where you can see the Distribution packs copying banner.
2. Click Get builds on the banner.
3. Copy the referral link.

You can create a referral link manually, but we recommend using a link from the Games Console to make sure there are no errors.

Now you can integrate the link on your registered site where you promote the game in any way that's convenient.
