Participants will face challenges inspired by the handmade crafts of the past—from forging and calligraphy to weaving and jewelry-making. Each category follows its own tradition.
- Like a blacksmith who forges the core elements with their tools, a backend developer builds the foundation from servers and algorithms

- Each category includes tasks of varying difficulty. This means that participants of all skill levels can take on interesting and challenging problems.
- No, these are open competitions for everyone interested. We’ll offer the top twenty finalists in each track a simplified hiring process at Yandex. We’re always happy to welcome new strong talent to the team.
- During the trial round, you can try all categories. You must choose only one for the qualification round.
- Yes, you can change it before the qualification starts on November 2, 2025.
