Yandex.Money for Android

Internet, April 21, 2011. Yandex.Money rolled out a mobile application for smartphones supporting Android. Using this application, Yandex.Money clients can make purchases, pay for services, accept payments and check their balance right from their phones.

In addition, the mobile application shows the nearest Yandex.Money top-up points based on the user’s current location.

‘We all have moments when having just passed by a bank we suddenly realize that there is a bill we need to pay,’ says Natalia Khaitina, Deputy CEO of Yandex.Money. ‘This application is both a wallet and a payment point. No matter where or when the thought of an overdue bill pops up in your head, you can just pick up your phone and deal with it in a matter of minutes.’

The application is available for download at Android Market.

The Yandex.Money online payment system can be accessed via m.ya.ru/money from any cell phone connected to the internet. The mobile Yandex.Money offers all of the functionality available online, including payment history, favorite payments and a repeat payment option.
