Buy more space

If you buy extra space on Yandex Disk, you'll automatically subscribe to Yandex 360. Learn about the benefits of Yandex 360 plans.

Purchase space in the app

Note

If you have multiple accounts on Yandex, make sure that you're logged in to the account for which you want to buy extra space. You won't be able to transfer the paid space from one account to another.

  1. Open the account menu in Yandex Disk.

  2. Tap Add space.

  3. Choose a plan.

  4. Follow the App Store instructions.

Manage subscription

You can manage your subscriptions in the system settings. See the Apple article If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple.

Change your plan

Note

If you paid for your plan on the site, you can change it only on the site.

You can upgrade your plan for more features, or choose to pay annually instead of monthly:

  1. In the bottom panel, tap More → Subscriptions.
  2. Select a plan and tap Upgrade subscription.

If you change your plan, any you'll get a refund for any unused days left on your current plan..

To switch from a yearly plan to a monthly plan, turn off auto-renewal for your current plan, wait until it ends, and then sign up for the new one.

Warning

You can't activate more than one plan. Since you can have only one active plan, you can only switch to a new plan.

An error occurred during payment

You might not be able to pay in the app because of the app store restrictions. You can activate, renew, and pay for the plan on the Yandex 360 web page. You can choose one of the two options:

  • A couple of days before your paid period ends, choose and pay for a new plan on the Yandex 360 web page.
  • Go to the Yandex 360 web page and activate a new plan, then cancel your current plan in the mobile app.

Note

You'll have more space on Yandex Disk while both plans are active because your storage space is added together.

If payment fails anyway

This might be due to one of the following problems:

  • Your bank is currently experiencing issues with card transactions.
  • The device has no internet connection.
  • Insufficient funds on your account.
  • The bank card is inactive or expired.
  • Transaction limit exceeded.
  • Your bank doesn't allow online transactions.
  • The app store has restricted purchases.

Follow the instructions in Help for Yandex ID to link a bank card. If you don't have another bank card, contact us.

If you've encountered a problem in the Yandex Disk app, please report it through the in-app feedback form:

  1. Tap the profile picture in the top left corner.
  2. Select Help and supportSupport.
  3. Specify the subject of your request.
  4. Describe the problem in as much detail as possible.

Note

To report mobile app issues, please do this from within the app, not from the Help section. This will help us get your request to the right support agents, and you'll get a quicker response. When you report a problem through the app, we can also see technical information that helps resolve the issue.
