Change the service plan
Alert
You can upgrade to a higher-tier plan to access more features, or switch to a yearly plan instead of a monthly one to save money.
To share the plan's features with your family, activate the For a family plan.
Personal
- Log in to your Yandex account.
- Go to the Yandex 360 plans page.
- On the Personal tab, select a plan and click the activation button.
- Enter your card details and press Pay.
You can't activate more than one Personal plan at a time. Since you can have only one active Personal plan, you can only change your current one to a new one. The remaining funds for unused days from your current plan will automatically go towards paying for extra days on your new plan.
To switch from an annual plan to a new one with a monthly payment, disable automatic renewal of your current plan, wait until it expires, and then activate a new plan.
For a family
- Log in to your Yandex account.
- Go to the Yandex 360 plans page.
- On the For a family tab, click the activation button.
- Enter your card details and press Pay.
- Go to the Family page in Yandex ID. Invite your family and friends by email, phone number, or a unique link. That's all. After confirmation, the For a family plan will be activated for all family members.
The family plan can be activated by any user, except for a member of an existing family group in Yandex ID or a user account on a Yandex 360 for Business plan. If you're already a member of a family group, contact the administrator of your family group.
User accounts on a Yandex 360 for Business plan can't sign up for this plan.
You can have both the Personal and For a family plans at the same time. You can deactivate your Personal plan anytime, while the family plan can only be deactivated by the administrator of a family group.
