Connect shared disks
Shared disks are special folders on Yandex Disk where you can store files, edit them together with your colleagues, and search for the information you need. The size of one shared disk is 1 TB. The number of shared disks you can connect to your organization is unlimited.
Limitation
Only employees whose accounts were created on the organization's domain can use shared disks.
The cost of using one shared disk is ₽1500 per month. You can add more disks as needed or remove unused ones.

First-time connection

Log in to the organization's account.

Go to Disk → Shared disks.

Click Connect in the center of the screen.

Select the number of shared disks to connect. This will be your limit — the maximum number of shared drives your administrator can create. You can change this limit later. How to do this.

Confirm. The amount required to connect the selected number of shared disks will be deducted from your organization's balance:

If there are not enough funds, Yandex 360 for Business will prompt you to top up your balance. How to top up your balance. When there are enough funds to connect shared disks, the required amount will be deducted from the balance. The shared disks will then be activated automatically.

Going forward, the fee for the shared disks will be charged from your balance on a monthly basis.
Changing the limit
You can adjust the paid limit for shared disks: increase it at any time, or decrease it one month after the last change. This ensures uninterrupted access to shared drives for the full billing period.
- Log in to the organization's account.
- Go to Disk → Shared disks.
- Click Manage the limit.
- Increase the current number of shared disks in the organization to the required value.
- Save your changes.
The amount required to connect the new shared disks will be deducted from your organization's balance. If there are not enough funds, Yandex 360 for Business will prompt you to top up your balance. How to top up your balance. When there are enough funds to connect the new shared disks, the required amount will be deducted from the balance. After it's deducted, the shared disks will connect automatically.
Going forward, the fee for the shared disks will be charged from your balance on a monthly basis.
Note that the limit can't be lower than the number of shared disks already created in your organization. If you want to change the limit because you no longer need some shared disks, delete them first. To learn how to delete shared disks, go to the Yandex 360 for Business Administrator's guide. FAQ
Can I increase the storage size of a shared disk?
No, this can't be done. However, you can enable multiple shared drives and use them together.
How do I disable shared disks if they're no longer needed?
Reduce the limit (number of connected shared disks) to zero. This can only be done one month after the last change to the limit — follow the instructions in the Changing the limit section.
